a) Contact Form

If you send me inquiries via the contact form, your data from the form, including the contact information you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent.

Collected data: Name (if provided), email address, message

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures)

b) Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, I will collect your email address and, if provided, your name. The newsletter informs you about new blog posts, teaching materials, and other updates. Your data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Service provider used:

I use Mailchimp, a service provided by Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, California 94043, USA, for sending newsletters.

Your data is transferred to and stored on Mailchimp servers in the USA. Mailchimp processes the data on my behalf according to Art. 28 GDPR (data processing agreement). Mailchimp may also use the data to improve its own services, but does not contact newsletter recipients directly and does not pass the data on to third parties.

4. Hosting and Server Log Files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. This includes:

    •    Hostname of the accessing device

    •    Time of the server request

This data is not associated with specific individuals and is not combined with other data sources.
